We use Replicate to provide the App’s other AI-powered photo and video generation functions.
Depending on the feature selected, uploaded photos, images, videos, and other necessary media may be transmitted to Replicate for processing.
Replicate processes such information only as necessary to provide the functionality requested by the user.

Delete Your Account
Logged-in users can delete their account directly within the App:

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be managed or canceled separately through Apple’s subscription management system.
Delete Generated Content
Users may manually delete generated content through the generated content section within the App.
Generated content is also automatically deleted from our servers seven days after creation.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations before uploading photos, videos, images, or other content through the App.
In particular, you should ensure that you have appropriate authorization before using another person’s image, likeness, or video in Face Swap or other generation features.

Magic AI is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law.
