These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) apply to subscriptions to the premium services of Magic AI: Photo Video Maker (the “App” or “Magic AI”), operated by Northland Centers, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.
These Terms supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing a subscription.
By confirming a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
Magic AI offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features, which may include:

Subscription plans, features, prices, and availability may vary by country or region.
From time to time, we may provide free trials, introductory offers, promotional pricing, or discounted subscription plans.
The applicable eligibility requirements, price, duration, billing period, and renewal terms will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, a free trial, introductory offer, or promotional subscription will automatically convert into a paid, automatically renewing subscription at the price displayed before purchase.
If you do not wish to continue the subscription, you must cancel it through your Apple ID account settings before the end of the applicable free trial, introductory, or promotional period.
Eligibility for promotional and introductory offers may be determined by Apple.
By confirming your purchase, you agree to the subscription terms displayed at the time of purchase.
All subscription purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
Payment will be charged to the Apple ID account associated with your purchase after you confirm the transaction.
You authorize Apple to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method associated with your Apple ID.
The applicable subscription price, billing period, currency, introductory offer, and renewal terms will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Prices and currencies may vary depending on your country or region. Applicable taxes may also be charged where required.
The Company does not directly collect or process your Apple payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless automatic renewal is turned off before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
The price applicable to a purchase or renewal will be the price displayed by Apple for that transaction.
By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize Apple to charge the applicable renewal price to the payment method associated with your Apple ID until you cancel the subscription.

Canceling your subscription disables future automatic renewals. After cancellation, you will generally continue to have access to the applicable premium features until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
To avoid being charged for another subscription period, cancel your subscription before the renewal is processed. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
We cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.
All subscription payments are processed by Apple through Apple In-App Purchase.
Except where required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policies, subscription payments are non-refundable.
The Company does not directly process refunds for purchases made through Apple.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request directly to Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies and procedures.

Approval or denial of a refund request is determined by Apple, subject to applicable law.
We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue subscription features or plans from time to time.
Where required by applicable law, these changes will not remove access to a subscription period that you have already paid for without providing an appropriate remedy.
Certain templates, effects, or generation features may be changed or removed due to technical, licensing, legal, safety, or operational requirements.
We may restrict or suspend access to premium features if:
Suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms of Use does not automatically entitle you to a refund, except where required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.
Your use of Magic AI is also governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

If these Subscription Terms conflict with the Terms of Use regarding subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, or refunds, these Subscription Terms will control with respect to those subscription matters.
Apple’s applicable terms and policies also apply to purchases processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time.
When we update these Terms, we will revise the Effective Date displayed at the beginning of the document.
Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice through the App or by another appropriate method.
Changes will apply from the effective date of the updated Terms. Changes will not retroactively alter a subscription period that has already been paid for, except where required or permitted by applicable law.
